Application Process

  1. Visit our website to see our current openings.  Apply for any positions you may be interested in and be a good fit for.  Please note:  When filling out an application, you must include ALL work history in your adult life or the past twenty years.  Also include 3 Personal References.

  2. If your skills match what we are looking for you will be invited to an interview for the position.

Cardinal McCloskey Services cares for children, at-risk families and individuals with developmental disabilities. Quality care and safety for those we serve are our primary objectives. To ensure we meet those standards, CMS is diligent in verifying personal references, past employment histories, educational information, driving records and professional licenses.

Finger Printing

For several positions, additional background checks are mandated. Criminal background checks including fingerprinting are completed for all new employees having direct contact with children in any of our programs. Additional employees may be subject to criminal background checks as permitted by law.
